Our Generous Return Policy

Your happiness is our priority. Whether you seek repair, replacement, return, or exchange, our flexible policy has you covered. Explore the realms of RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES, all guided by the terms below.

Please Note: Returns/Exchanges can be requested only once per Order.

Refunds Made Easy

To request a refund, simply raise a return request within 7 working days from the delivery date. Find the Return/Exchange button on the Home Page Footer, under Customer Service.

To be eligible, ensure:

  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • It hasn't been used or damaged.
  • This is your first return/exchange for the product/order.
  • The original tags are still attached.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the following carefully: 

  • Returns/Exchanges can be requested only once per Order.
  • Custom Orders also cannot be returned and must be Prepaid only.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the processing of returns, exchanges, or refunds will commence once we receive the payment from our Shipping Partner. Please note that this procedure may take up to 21 days from the date of the delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • A charge of Rs 200 or 10% of the product cost, whichever is lower, will be applied for each return/exchange against each Order ID.
  • Cortina reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges for all requests.

Once we receive your product, our experts will carefully inspect it and process your refund. The money will be returned to your original online payment method, and for COD orders, the refund will be credited as a gift card.

Need a change of Size or Color? We're here to accommodate! You've got 7 days to request an exchange.

  • It's in pristine condition, not used (installed) or damaged.
  • The original tags are still attached.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Custom Orders also cannot be exchanged and must be Prepaid only.
  • Items purchased on Discounted rates will be Exchanged at Prevailing Discount rates and not on Original Discount Rates.

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, your exchange will be on its way.

Additional Points for Your Peace of Mind

Manufacturing Defects: If you spot any manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving the package, don't install the product. Email us at care@drapestory.com with the order number and photos of defects, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund if genuine.

Warranty: Enjoy a 1-year warranty against misprints, fading, pilling, and color bleeding on fabric items. Follow care instructions and reach out to us at care@drapestory.com with photos if you need help.

Wrong Product or Size: We're here to fix it! Email us within seven days of receiving items that don't match your order or if you've entered the wrong size. We'll arrange replacements or assist you.
